Definitely a safer and healthier alternative to prescriptions drugs. Use in moderation . The side effects are close to none and the only ingredient involved is derived directly from the plant itself (aside from the gelatin used for the caps which can be easily removed). The only downside is the strong bitter taste. There really is nothing that will mask it even if you use juice or anything else it will likely still taste bad. I mix it with water and I’ve just become used to it at this point. Nonetheless this is an awesome product that does exactly what it says.
