Refund/Exchange/Return/Cancellation Policy

  • Buyer can cancel their order before its shipped.
  • Buyer can return their item any time within 30 days. Not all the items are returnable. After 30 Days return, exchange and refund window will be closed  permanently. Any items that have been used or are not in original condition may not be returned.
  • If any order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours to report the problem. We will send out a new one once the damaged product is received or issue full refund back to your original payment method. Buyer pays for the return shipping only for a returned product, Peacenovelty.com will pay if the item is damaged or defective. Refunds will be made thru original payment method only. If a product arrives defective please report us within 48 hours. Any unopened/unused products in original packaging have up to 30 days warranty to be returned. If any product was ordered accidentally and you would like to return it, then the buyer pays shipping both ways. Some items may not be eligible for return. Check item description.
